Club La Pension will deposit the week assignment directly with Exchange Company chosen. Requests for banking made directly with the Exchange Company will not be honored by the resort. Club La Pension will deposit directly with the exchange company only with written authorization. (Fixed week owners the resort can not verify & release to the exchange company without this written authorization by you as an owner to give the inventory to the exchange company.)

  • ALL REQUESTS MUST BE MADE IN WRITING. NONE WILL BE ACCEPTED BY PHONE.
  • ALL RESERVATION REQUESTS ARE HANDLED ON A FIRST-COME-FIRST SERVED BASIS. RESERVATION PROCESS TAKES APPOXIMATELY 2-3 WEEKS, PLEASE BE PATIENT!
  • ALL RESERVATIONS ARE FINAL ONCE A WEEK IS ASSIGNED. REQUEST FOR CHANGES IN RESERVATION STATUS MUST BE IN WRITING. NO CHANGES WILL BE MAKE IN WEEK ASSIGNMENT!
  • ALL MAINTENANCE FEES AND MORTGAGES MUST BE CURRENT BEFORE A REQUEST CAN BE PROCESSED.
  • REQUESTS RECEIVED PRIOR TO MAINTENANCE FEES AND MORTGAGE NOTES BEING CURRENT MUST RESUBMIT A NEW VACATION REQUEST, ORIGINAL REQUEST WILL NOT BE HELD/WAIT-LISTED OR REVIEWED!
